Super frustrated. I have had a good experience with Discount Tire up in northern Utah but down in St. George has been nothing but struggles. Bought tires in July 2025 had to bring them back to be rebalanced because my truck had a wobble going 70 mph. They fixed it after the second time having to come back in to have them balanced. I went in last week to have the regular rotation and balance done and left with tires wobbling more than I initially come with. Today 7/18/26. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30PM. I sat there for 53 minutes before my truck was touched. While there was another individual who had come in at 4 PM and had his tires not only rebalanced but rotated and was wrapped up at the same time, mine was finished. What’s the point of an appointment if I have to sit there for an hour before my Vehicle is touched. And what’s the point of a rotation and rebalance if I have to come back again for it to be rebalanced a week later because it wasn’t balanced correctly. The technician has the audacity to tell me that “oh yeah there wasn’t much of a difference and rebalancing today” but you can feel it when you are now driving at 75 Miles per hour, you’re not being shaken. Don’t waste your time setting an appointment, it means nothing here. Just plan on spending your whole day waiting and waiting and waiting while they prioritize walk-ins. It is always the same at Discount Tire no matter the day or location, I’m so done with discount tire. Advisors do not update their customers and when pressed they claim that they cannot keep employees. Oops they said they quiet part out loud, I saw through it, it’s just excuses for poor management skills. One hour in I pulled the plug on my appointment and went to Les Schwab. I was promptly greeted and informed they were thrilled to help me and were eager to get started. After ten minutes they started the work on a walk in no less. This is standard operating procedure at Les Schwab. I was a customer for decades when I lived in the Pacific Northwest and it’s the model for how tire shops are to be run. I was having four customer supplied tire sensors installed programmed and tires rotated. Les Schwab was $86 versus discount tires $121.00. What a surprise enthusiastic can do service with employees that hustle for less money hmmm. I’m happy to be back with Les Schwab.

I’ve used discount tire before and they have the best pricing I’ve seen. I bought some replacement tires from them not too long ago, and then got a flat and thanks to the warranty on the tires I bought from them I didn’t pay hardly anything when I had to replace the flat. Their employees are professional, efficient, and personable. If you’re in a rough spot and need tires at all, discount is the place to be!! Thank you Discount and your entire team

wow! we were thrilled with Discount Tire & the employees! We were traveling & ran into an issue and had to drive on our spare. We called every other tire shop near , no other shop had our tire size. They were willing to stay open a little extra to make sure we got the tire we needed, and even offered to mount it for us. Thank you!! We were thrilled with the experience we had. Dominic was great!!

I recently brought my Model Y Performance in for a fresh set of tires, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Let’s be honest—Tesla tires are a bit of a high-maintenance relationship, but the team at Discount Tire made the whole process effortless. They went the extra mile to track down the exact, correct tires for the Performance trim, and even though they had to special order them, they arrived in record time. I loved the communication throughout the entire process—getting those automated updates via text link made it so easy to track exactly when my tires were ordered and when they finally hit the shop. The scheduling process was just as smooth. Being able to book my appointment online in advance was a huge win, and even though the shop was slammed when I arrived, they honored the appointment and made sure my car was a priority. I did run into a minor hiccup during the process that could have been a real headache (and a hit to the wallet), but the team stepped up immediately. They handled the situation completely, made it entirely painless, and ensured I was well taken care of. It’s rare to find that kind of service and accountability these days. If you’re a Tesla owne
